Donald Howell and Jeanine Piatz, both dedicated school teachers with a love for quality, homemade food. Jeanine, a science teacher with a passion for hands-on learning, found freeze-drying to be the perfect blend of science and creativity. She loves sharing the fascinating process with customers, educating them about how freeze-drying preserves flavor and nutrition. From farmers markets to the Madison County Covered Bridge Festival, we’ve enjoyed connecting with our community and sharing our homemade, freeze-dried creations.
